Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These terms govern trade enquiries, quotes and orders placed with DEMOBAC ("we", "us", "our") through this website, by phone or by email. By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Enquiries and quotes
- Submitting a trade enquiry is not an order and creates no obligation on either party.
- Quotes are provided in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, include GST.
- Each quote states its validity period. We may withdraw or revise a quote that has expired.
- A contract is formed when you accept a quote (including via the online quote page) or confirm an order in writing.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are as stated on the accepted quote. Trade pricing may be offered at our discretion.
- Payment terms are set out on each quote or invoice. We may require a deposit before production of custom signage.
- Overdue amounts may incur reasonable recovery costs.
Custom signage and artwork
- You are responsible for the accuracy of schedules, drawings, files and specifications you supply.
- Where artwork approval is required, production begins only after your written approval.
- Custom-made signs are generally not returnable except where faulty or not as ordered.
Turnaround, delivery and installation
- Turnaround times shown on a quote are estimates; we will advise of material delays.
- Delivery fees, method and any delivery notes are stated on the quote. Risk passes to you on delivery.
- Where installation is included, site access and conditions must be safe and as described.
Compliance responsibility
DEMOBAC supplies signage for Australian building, fire-safety and essential-services applications. Purchasing or installing a sign does not of itself make a property compliant. Final signage requirements must be confirmed by the relevant qualified contractor, certifier, fire-safety professional or building authority.
Warranties and liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to replacement, repair or resupply of the goods or services.
General
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies at the time of your order.
